North Hill Subdivision began in 1997 by developer E.C. Stuart, Jr. North Hill was developed in 3 Phases (550 acres). Phase 1 opened in the early part of 1997 and by the end of that year over 30 lots had been sold and 5 homes had begun construction! As of 2003 the developer has completely sold all the lots in Phases I and II and over 50% of the lots in Phase III. This means that over 284 lots have been sold since 1997. There are over 152 upscale homes in North Hill...ranging from 1,900 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq. ft.! North Hill truly is Pearl River County's "Premier Subdivsion". North Hill was laid out with a strong foundation of good protective convenats. Mr. Stuart knew this would build a strong community with outstanding pride in ownership which provides for long-term benefits of the owners for many years to come! In 2000, Legacy Ventures acquired North Hill Subdivion from Mr. Stuart. They have a long and impressive history of land development in Louisiana and have continued Mr. Stuart's vision for North Hill.
